Description: For our latest limited release IPA, we’ve continued to look at new ways to accentuate the soft fruit character of our favourite hop varieties. The grist is again accentuated with flaked oats and wheat for mouthfeel and made the water profile balanced. We sought to reduce the bitterness pick up from our whirlpool hops by dropping the temperature at addition further, which minimises isomerisation, then selected our favourite headline US varieties Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. So expect classic citrus fruit with underlying apricot, peach and subtle pine notes.
