Description: The creative brewing team at Against the Grain have created over 100 unique beers that are so good they've evolved from a local brewery to national beer distributor. With a full range of beer types, from light session ales to hop-full IPA's and smokey stouts. Peanut Butter Jelly, double decker-style. We've taken one of our favourite and earliest patrons projects and taken it up to the next level. The base is complex, with 9 grains used to bring plenty of biscuit, nut and caramel flavours to the malt bill. Lactose adds extra body and Simcoe hops add dark fruit, pine and berry notes. We then doubled up the strawberry and raspberry additions before bringing the peanut butter elements to the party.
