Description: This Black IPA has been in the back of our minds for close to a year now. We've always enjoyed how well Mosaic hops and Blueberry work together, really bringing out the deep, dark fruit character of the hops rarely appreciated in a lighter IPA. Blue Falcon showcases 20kg of the former and 30kg of the latter over a dark-as-night, round and silky malt base with copious oats and a sprinkling of Carafa in the mash and then darkened with the minimalist of addition of roast flavour.
