Description: We have never forgotten how collaboration has formed the backbone of the brewery as the shared knowledge from these experiences has been such an important aid in our learning and the development of our beers. It’s great to work on projects like this with guys who have not long started out in brewing world and are brimming with fresh ideas. The goal with this beer was simple; to make the best, juiciest straight up IPA we could. Using a wheat and oat-heavy grist and a soft, rounded water profile we combined the heavyweight combo of Citra and Mosaic, backed up with the citrus zest notes of Ekuanot and lastly El Dorado, an often under heralded hop, which we’ve found ourselves choosing to more and more recently for its resinous mandarin character which fits beautifully with the classic tropical fruit notes of citra.
