We brew it from Pilsner, Pale Ale and Munich barley malts in combination with Nugget (Alsace) and Willamette (USA) whole hops flowers. Fermentation with a Belgian yeast strain and dry-hopping with Triskel hops flowers from Alsace produce great aromatic complexity.
