Description: Big Ol’ Mama is a Belgian Stout brewed by Emanuele Corazzini at De Ranke brewery from 5 types of barley malts and some rye malt in combination with whole hop flowers from the Yakima Valley. After fermentation the beer is cold infused with cacao nibs from Madagascar. Big Ol’ Mama is then aged for 13 months in oak barrels that previously contained Belgian whisky from the Owl Distillery. This beer is best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
