Description: An 8.5% exploration of a far-away place, Buddhist Prodigy pairs Australian Galaxy hops with the Pacific Northwest’s modern classic Amarillo. The two combine to form tidal waves of orange — sweet Cara Cara, bright Clementine, fresh-pressed juice — with a steady undercurrent of guava. We’ve made some changes to the DIPA’s construction since its last appearance some five-and-a-half years ago. This batch was brewed a grist that’s heavy on pilsen malt, supported by English pale malt, and complimented with malted oats and the rye-wheat hybrid triticale. Think of it as an amplified version of our recent modern pale ales. Smooth and refreshing. So have a glass and catch your breath.
