Description: Barrel Saison was brewed with wheat & oats, and fermented in a Tasmanian whiskey barrel. Spicy and refreshing, with a hint of oak, this is a liquid farewell to summer. This beer spent about 1 month in oak before dry-hopping and then packaging. We then stored it cold for nearly 3 months resulting in a beautifully clear and crisp beer. Hops: Cascade & Amarillo Yeast: Sourdough Culture
