Description: Sour stout named after the demonic red-eyed horse that guards the airspace of Denver International Airport. For our 2016 release, we substituted cranberries for raspberries, increased our fruiting rates, added lactose to balance out the acidity of the base-beer/fruit, and selected a new blend of wild yeasts that output complimentary fermentation flavors of strawberry and funk.
