Description: This beer was brewed to be pale but malty; we used a combination of floor malted Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts along with a blend of European noble hops. Unlike our other beers, this beer underwent primary fermentation with our favorite lager yeast, and after lagering we transferred the beer to neutral French oak puncheons and added our mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. This wild lager retains a lot of the clean lager yeast character with smooth malt undertones, but our mixed culture also displays our characteristic Brett funk with a tart but not sour finish
