Description: Calypso Pale Ale is a New World Pale Ale. Hoppy, yet well balanced, & very moreish! Calypso combines three bold aromatic hops including Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand that are used late in the boil and as a dry hop. These pungent new world hops work together to provide a fresh citrus & passion fruit aroma & flavour. The big hop punch and assertive bitterness is supported by a biscuity malt backbone provided by Scottish Golden Promise as the base malt along with Crystal and Munich specialty malts. The beer pours golden amber with a creamy white head its fresh and bursting with flavour! At 5% ABV, it is also very sessionable!!
