Description: A blend of our table beer and house kombucha (developed with the help of Rob at Potions Magical Elixirs). Our kombucha is brewed using a little bit of barley (instead of sugar) and sits in the coolship overnight with black, green and jasmine tea leaves. It is then fermented in oak barrels. Finally we blend it with a portion of our table beer resulting in an incredibly refreshing drink.
