Description: Okells Aile (Aile is Manx for fire) is a Porter, very dark in colour with smokey aromas of liquorice and coffee. Brewed with a blend of Pale, crystal, black and chocalate malt with a touch of peated malt. Late hopped with Cascade, Willamette and Styrian Goldings. Initially sweet full bodied, silky smooth liquorice on the palate dry hop bitter finals.
