Description: We pulled hops from our Seven Sisters IPA, hops from Postcard IPA, and the simplistic grain bill and complex hop methods from Don’t Forget the Flowers II IPA, and combined them to form Coalescence IPA. The result is a lightly colored IPA with a smooth velvety texture and complex juicy hop character of pine, tangerine/orange citrus, tropical fruit, and white grapes all balanced around a moderately low hop bitterness. Clean, smooth, pleasantly hoppy. Clean, very light malt flavor, pleasant aroma, tropical fruit, citrus, smooth body ABV: 7.0% IBU: approx. 55 Color: Hazy Light Gold
