Description: 'New Mill' Double India Pale Ale. 9.6% IPA with all the hopping pushed toward the end to create a delicious beer that is 'hoppy' but not bitter. This started as a happy accident when we underestimated the increased efficiency of a new grain mill we installed. We aged the stronger beer with two pounds per barrel of Amarillo dry hops. This is an amazing beer with an incredible aroma, and delicate hop flavor. Beware its wily allure. It is to be savored.
