Description: I soured the mash for this one with acidulated malt (the base malt is Franco-belge Pale Ale), bittered with German Northern Brewer (courtesy of The Brewer's Art) and Czec h Saaz and fermented with Union Brewery's Alt yeast with the addition of pureed tart red cherries. The beer is naturally cloudy (the yeast is not very flocculant and we don't filter) with a pleasing dryness and slight sour/tart finish.
