Description: Who wants breakfast? Eatin' Cancakes is our first in a new line of flavored, boozy stouts. Brewed with over 15 lbs of bananas per barrel, 70 lbs of maple sugar and maple syrup, vanilla, lactose, and fenugreek, this beer is designed to be a liquid banana pancake with a kick. Maple dominates the nose, with banana coming forward as the beer warms. A hearty stout base provides a chocolatey backbone without too much roast, and low carbonation helps all those flavors hang out on your tongue and keeps the finish sweet.
