Description: The 31st installment of Orchid Island Brewery’s "Grove to Glass Craft Beer Project." This batch is a blend of a dark saison aged in Angel’s Envy bourbon finishing barrels for sixteen months and a blond saison treated with exotic caviar limes. Angel’s Envy finishing barrels are the French oak (former port barrels) that the distillery uses to condition their bourbon after it has spent several years in virgin American white oak barrels. The caviar limes provide a bright layer of citrus on top of the vinous, bourbony, barrel-aged complexity. *Brewer's Note - If you drank this beer prior to January 17th 2017, you drank JNSQ Blend #1 and your check-in and/or rating should be entered under Orchid Island's "Je Ne Sais Quoi (2016)."
