Description: Saison beers used to be brewed in winter time and served in the summer, and we want to bring that warm sunny days to white winter time, and brewed Xmas Saison. As the traditional Farmhouse Ale has been brewed with orange zest, coriander and clove, a specially for Christmas we have used more of all ingredients to make Xmas Saison a very complex fruity aroma and flavor. Medium bitterness, lots of spices and a touch of sweetnes collaborates with orange and clove, to make that beer perfect for Christmas season. Cheers everyone!!!
