Description: We’re back at it again with another tasty team-up between O’so Brewing Co. and Ruby Coffee Roasters. This time it’s a big boy amber malt bomb comprised of a healthy portion of victory malt, extra special malt, and the brand new Simpsons double roasted caramel malt for a base beer brimming with a rich, complex malt assault of nutty toasted marshmallow biscuits. A custom roast of Ruby’s Guatemalan Consuelo, sourced in Cuilco, Huehuetanango from a farm owned by Mr. Ernesto Perez and his father, Jorge, adds the sensations of spicy cinnamon sprinkled berries to a well balanced cup of beer joe that finishes roasty and dry, yet somehow creamy and sweet.
