Description: Double Dry Hopped All Citra Everything (UK Version) is an Imperial IPA. It's a beefed up version of All Citra that we brewed with Cloudwater. We added extra oats and pilsner malt to get this beer up to 10% ABV and then we co-fermented it with our house strain and yeast direct from JW Lees in Manchester. The JW Lees house yeast is actually a blend of 20+ different yeast strains and is only obtainable by being super nice to the folks at JW Lees. It adds a lot of extra depth to the beer and is very unique, not to be missed. We then hit this beer with our usual double dry hop of Citra Lupulin powder.
