Description: Contrary to the name, this beer is far from basic. We mashed in with pumpkin, boiled with pumpkin and even "dry-hopped" with pumpkin but the addition of the medley of fall spices and Dawson Taylor cold-pressed coffee you may start to feel like you're at your local coffee shop enjoying the flavors of the Fall. An addition of lactose sugar gives the beer a hint of sweetness to enhance to cinnamon sticks steeped in the mash and compliment the coffee. It's the flavors you crave this time of year.
