Description: The first beer of its kind to age with American Oak inside each individual bottle, giving you the experience of cellaring, the excitement and anticipation of wood-aging your own beer! How long will you let it age? What flavors will evolve? At what age is your preferred taste? It’s in your hands now! Each bottle has an American Oak stave submerged in the beer. In the future, we plan to experiment with wood infused with alternative flavors, but we wanted to begin with wood prepped just like a barrel, but not previously used in another process. That being said, once you decide to open your bottle, you now have a beer-infused stave that you can reuse at home, experimenting in your own cellar with other liquors.
