Description: 10th Anniversary Blend is a barrel-aged imperial stout, with a 50/50 blend of Perennial Artisan Ales and Side Project Brewing barrels, averaging 24 months of age. Hot fudge and brownie batter swirl, ooze, and buoy the oak and whiskey character acquired during two years in barrel. Burnt sugar, toffee, vanilla frosting, and a hint of amaretto all adorn the burly cocoa structure.
