Description: This is both our first Imperial Stout, and our first beer released to the public – a huge step for us! The recipe of BONESTORM includes a long boil and a double mash with loads of caramel malts & chocolate malts. The base is full of dark and sweet milk chocolate and caramel notes with some liquorice and a bit of roastiness. We love our stouts sweet – but not too sweet. Someone could call this a Pastry Stout, but we don’t. We amplified the full base beer with 65g per litre of toasted and raw coconut. The oily coconut makes a perfect pair with the sweet base beer. We recommend drinking this stout at 10 – 15 °C to get the optimum experience.
