Description: This clean yet complex lightly hazy, modern IPA shows restrained yet balanced bitterness to match the stone fruit meets bombed out berry forward hop profile on display here. There’s tons of juicy apricot, honeysuckle, white peach and blueberry character all over this one that has got us giddy. A minimalist malt bill of pilsner malts and flaked oats compliment the clean fermentation profile of our house yeast strain providing a roundly rendered body to bolster the big aromas and flavors provided from our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Galaxy hops. ⁣
