Description: This Painkiller-inspired Tiki IPA was first brewed in honor of PHP Co-owner, Ryan “The Island Cat” Van Biene’s Birthday. Brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat and showcases heavy handed dry-hop additions of last harvest’s hand-selected Amarillo, Simcoe, Ekuanot and Huell Melon hops. All of this along with over 300 lbs. per 15 bbls of fruit puree, including pineapple, blood orange, coconut, and nutmeg for some island authenticity.The result is a truly tropical IPA, with a full body, some underlying hop character, and it basks in the notes of juicy pineapple, tropical fruit, coconut, and nutmeg. If you need a vacation in a glass, head over right meow, the Island Kitty will not disappoint.
