Description: This violet hued, cofermented creation brewed with our buds at Jester King, bursts with all manner of dry yet juicy character reminiscent of a natural wine. We are getting layers of flavors veering into tangy fresh squeezed citrus and muddled blueberries. The base beer for our batch of Recentered was fermented lean and clean our hybrid house yeast strain then cofermented with the addition of juice pressed from 400 pounds of Texas-grown Valencia oranges and 1,000 pounds of macerated blueberries. For this uniquely conceptualized beer we melded our dry-hopping techniques utilizing Citra, Citra powder, Mosaic, Experimental HBC 630 and Idaho 7 to stack upon a clean canvass of Pilsner & pale malts, oats and flaked barely. Then utilizing Jester King's approach to fruit beers, we created a truly unique central Texas-style fruited IPA showcasing both local fruit and our own handselected hops from last harvest. ⁣
