Description: This beer is named after a friend of the brewery and longtime supporter, Toby Dragon. Toby really opened our eyes to what a fantastic style of beer Imperial IPA's could be. The first time we brewed this beer the kettle was engulfed by the bright green color of all of the hops we added to it. We think the best IIPA's showcase how to get incredible hop flavor while not overwhelming the palate. We add almost 4lbs of hops per barrel of beer and consider it to be a very drinkable beer that has a crisp, light malt base that finishes dry and allows the hops to shine.
