Description: Salted with the tears of the entitled and brewed from a base wort of Pilsner, Oat and Spelt malts that we sour over the weekend, boil and hop with Amarillo, then lightly dry hop with Citra and a splash of Amarillo. Just before we finish the beer we blend in our Sea Salt and Coriander to enhance the citrus notes and add a refreshing salinity that keeps you coming back for more.
