Description: Legend has it that the Berlinersaurus came to Amsterdam from Berlin in search of a perfectly balanced and fruity Berliner Weisse. In an effort to attract this mythical beast we’ve made just that using a traditional base of wheat, oats, and pilsner malt, kettle souring with our specially developed grain based sour starter, adding zero hops, and then topping it all off with raspberry and black currant. So enjoy this light balanced sour but beware, Berlinersaurus might be right behind you!
