Description: A strong sour and salty wheat beer, brewed with selected botanicals and aged in gin barrels from Kyrö distillery. Taste: Rich, sharp citrus-like sourness comes through, washed down by a mineral taste, reminiscent of tonic character. As you get further down the glass, a candied ginger and baked apple flavours come through, before building up to a final refreshing crescendo of juniper and spice. Appearance: Rich candied orange with a brief white head. Nose: Sweet honey, rose petals, and hints of lemon and juniper. Malts: Pale malt, Wheat malt, Flaked oats, Cara Pale, Melanoid malt Hops: El Dorado, Hallertau Blanc
