Description: In the same way we’re actively embracing styles we’re not necessarily known for in 2021 here at Polly’s HQ, we’re firm believers that at no point should we be resting on our laurels with our pale and hoppy beers, and the next one should always be better than the last. Holy Ghost Love is a continuation of our opinion that our beers keep gradually improving the more we learn and become in sync with our new brewkit. We’ve opted for a mammoth 50kg of Sabro, Galaxy and Simcoe in the dry hop to impart a metric tonne of mango, pineapple and nectarine notes up front, before being reeled back in with a light spritzy bitterness from our use of Simcoe on brew day. All wrapped up in our bespoke LA3 strain, this beer is thick, pulpy, juicy, and 100% Polly’s. Awesome.
