We took our base berliner weisse recipe and added a heaping amount of tart cherries, Madagascar vanilla, a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and lactose, to create a cherry cobbler inspired sour beer that gives you a little bit of sweet, some great tartness and a smooth finish.
