Description: This is the second beer of the Progeny brand and was brewed by our brewer, Scott. Scott started with us in March, 2017 as an unpaid intern for six months and officially joined the Aslin team in September, 2017. Scott only had home brewing experience prior to starting, but through dedication and continued interest in brewing is now is one of our lead brewers. The Aslin Team is excited to release Flip Flops & Socks, which is a sour saison conditioned on Black Currant. This saison is fermented on top of our house saison yeast, which is a blend of French & Belgian saison yeast. This yeast profile produced a highly aromatic beer with notes of citrus, pepper, spice, limited earthiness, low phenols, and finishes dry with a nice tartness.
