Description: We're thrilled to release Radiant Reverie, our very first Méthode Traditionnelle two-year blend (M.T. II) with pluot and mango. This special brew was created using the two-year-old portion of our spontaneously fermented M.T. III, Lief, which we adore so much that we brewed extra two years ago just for this beer. Infused with 800 pounds of organic pluots and 800 pounds of organic mangoes from our partners at Mission Trail Ranches, Radiant Reverie is beautifully bright and complex. By using spontaneous yeast local to San Diego, gracefully aging both the 1-year and 2-year portions in red wine barrels, and re-fermenting the brew on local, organic fruits to finish it off, the result is intriguing aromas of oak, cherry, and funk with delightful flavors of nectarine, fresh plum, and rose. Radiant Reverie is a true taste of home—cheers to this San Diego treat!
