Description: We are excited to reveal a beautiful new murky creation, Zigsa. This murky IPA was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cashmere, and Amarillo hops, creating aromas of pineapple, honeydew, mango and lychee that really jump out relative to the softness of the flavor. The palate showcases the nuances of the malt—particularly floral characteristics from the wheat—as well as essences of tangelo and cantaloupe. Zigsa is incredibly well balanced and this initial batch is as rare as its Tibetan snow leopard namesake.
