Description: A real ale style carbonated beer which combines the intensely mellow maltiness of Munich, mild German noble hop Hersbrucker and the fruity flavours of Mosaic hop. We used Munich as the single base malt for this beer just to show people it can be done. What are you serious? Yes, we are. The maltiness of Munich is balanced by mild German noble hops and the fruity flavours of Mosaic. Both of these hops bring subtle herbal and earthy notes to the mix, while Columbus provides the classic bittering qualities. Munich and Columbus give the beer a solid backbone leaving room for Mosaic and Hersbrucker to do their trick. As always, the beer is packed to hermetically sealed Keykegs which are delivered straight from the brewery to the local pubs for your sampling pleasure.
