Its original gravity is 25% is highly fermented which results in a beer with a malty but dry character. After its fermentation the beer is aged in Amarican oak barrels for three months. Ein hochvergorenes Ale mit 25 % Stammwürze – malzig, aber trocken. Mit Arrique wird die alte Traditionsgeschichte der Barley Wines weiter geschrieben. Nach seiner Gärung reift das Bier drei Monate im Barriquefass aus amerikanischer Eiche.
