Description: Named after Fritz’ German Wire-hair Pointer, Schnapps, Drahthaar is a big, bold, assertive, American Double IPA. It is everything you would expect and unexpect. Hops dominate, but a sweet maltiness is there just enough to compliment and balance. Extra sugar is added to increase the punch while lightening the body so the hops can shine. TASTING NOTES A hop lover’s dream. This puppy is double dry hopped to give an aroma that will linger with your tastes buds until you open the next bottle. A dose of sugar is added to the kettle to up the alcohol, while letting the hops show their true potential.
