To the nose, scents of mandarin and lemon are on the forefront as notes of an earthy, forest floor follow. A vinous taste dominates the palate along with citrus and white grape flavour, then finishes with an oaky dryness. This brew underwent secondary fermentation in white wine oak barrels. The resident micro flora contributes an added complexity to the brew. Available only at Railway City Brewing's retail store for a limited time!
