Description: So literally days before shutdown we had the fine folks of Solace Brewing down to brew a hybrid East/West IPA with Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria hops. It fermented out and we let it condition cold while we waited to see how this thing played out. The guys dry hopped it and we waited some more.. another dry hop came as we attempted to spread our processes and conditioning times over almost 8 weeks. Finally we decided to package the brew and we’re beyond excited about the outcome. It accomplishes our ideal blend of big, bold West Coast hops, and East Coast creamy body smoothness. Time did this thing well and we were lucky to have the opportunity to experiment given the circumstances. Drink fresh, or don’t. Apparently this one doesn’t give a f#!k
