Description: Red Duck Black Bengal is a big, dark, extremely hoppy IPA, with a dark malt heart, it has evil intentions and a strong bitter finish that is looking for revenge. A big load of dark malt, and heaps of hops. We fresh wort hop with Topaz, Centennial & Cascade. Then we steep for aroma with more Cascade, Centennial, Legacy, Willamette, Simcoe, Galaxy and Citra. Then finally, an extended cold settling and dry hopping of Citra, Simcoe and Cascade.
