Description: The base of this beer is our Tropical Thunder DIPA. A tropical, resinous and FUNKY bomb! Pours a rich, frothy head, and is deep amber in color. Classic barnyard, oak and tropical aromas that showcase guava, passion fruit, papaya and cherry notes. A moderate sweetness in harmony with resinous tones with a acidic and tart finish. Well balanced and elegant! Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pilsner and Munich, Castle Caramel and Biscuit malts, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Summit hops, and our proprietary English yeast strain. Aged for 12 months on French Oak red wine barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and lambicus.
