Description: 2 row pilsner, this give a clean flavour and a light colour. To add a little malty toast to it some Munich malt has been added and to help give it a good head a malt called Gladiator has been put into the mix too. We shall add some Columbus and Zythos hops to the boil to give it a hoppy lift and this will also impart a citrus note to the brew.
