Description: Pac Gem is a singular IPA using only New Zealand Pacific Gem hops for bittering, late additions, and dry hop. The base is very light malts to really show off the juicy nature of the Pac Gem. On the nose there are tropical fruit aromatics with with papaya and prickly pear being prominent. The hopping isn't too bitter allowing the juicy flavors to be the hero. Those pear flavors follow from the nose to the taste and citrus shows up as well. This IPA is well balanced, unique, and fresh as can be.
