Description: Fistcal Cliff, an IPA we brewed in collaboration with local friends Half Acre and Three Floyds and DC's Bluejacket. This brew proves that multiple parties can indeed create something beautifully balanced. Each brewery provided their own hops and we dry-hopped it twice with hops from Hop Head Farms. Our Brewmaster Jim Cibak calls this a "deceptively drinkable hoppy ale" with flavors and aromas of spring flowers, a smorgasbord of fresh citrus, and a faint hint of mint.
