Description: After winning the 2017 homebrewing competition at NMBCo True North Bar, Riska Rusgift were shipped out to Leeds, to brew the winning recipe. This beer is what came out of a great night at Northern Monk, when Riska Rusgift teamed up with Adam Lyle, Lead Brewer at Northern Monk Brew Co. The beer differs from the original recipe a bit: A different souring technique was used, and different berries were added (due to availability) and the finished drink is slightly more sessionable.
