Description: Big City Quad 2015 is a Belgian-style Quadrupel aged in two types of classic whiskey cocktail barrels: Manhattan and Boulevardier. After eight months of aging, quadrupel from both types of barrels was blended back together, creating Big City Quad 2015. An uptown exercise in ale opulence, BCQ coats the palate with decadent Belgian malt notes, finishing with a warming spice character imparted by the cocktail barrels. The first rendition (2014) of this beer used solely Manhattan barrels. This time around, it was decided to age this Quad in two types of cocktail barrels to lend even more complexity to this one-of-a-kind brew. Production:225 cases
