Description: First there was the Swamp Monster In Love. The tropical, hazy tang was so tasty we knew we wanted more. Only problem is that swamp monsters are hard to come by and we chopped the first one to bits making that beer. Fortunately for us we've had some strong supporters here at River Roost. Folks who love the beer and are willing to help out. When word got out that we were in need, a fella brought in a pair of swamp monsters. He wouldn't tell me where he got 'em, or how he managed to find two. In fact, he didn't say much at all. Just handed me a cooler with empty growlers and asked me to fill 'em up. We brewed this beer, The Rise, thanks to that growler-slingin' bandito, goes by the name of Klondick. It's got two swamp monsters and a liberal dose of Azacca for that tang from down under. Enjoy and be on the lookout for swamp monsters.
